Ocelot Cross Stitch by silverdragoness Ocelot Cross Stitch by silverdragoness
It took nine months off and on but this guy is finally finished. I had originally thought it was going to take me a whole year to do but I became determined to finish it off.

Thank you! I do so love patterns that show this much detail in the subject, even if it means more work to finish it, it is totally worth it :)

You're welcome! Yes, I wish I knew how to cross stitch, it looks like it was a lot of work but definitely worth it!

Cross stitching is easy! You just have to have patients, especially for bigger pieces since it takes longer to finish. If you really want to try it out, the best way to start is find a mini kit (usually find them for a dollar or two) they come with directions. Or look around online, plenty of free patterns and tutorials ^_^

It sounds like a good thing to be able to do, I'll look up some kits and see if I can try and learn in my spare time xD

I am very picky about what I will cross stitch, the attention to detail in the pattern is what really made me have to stitch this piece. Thank you for commenting :)

 Your welcome...
...I can be like that too, cross-stitching seems like a difficulty, but really interesting.
So I'm glad you got into finishing it, 9 months seems like a long time. :XD:

It was a kit, so thankfully they did put a nice fabric with it (It's from Janlynn in case anyone was wondering). Thank you so much ^_^
